Indore’s Raja and Sonam Raghuvanshi got married with great pomp on 11 May 2025. From the outside everything looked good, like a filmy wedding— but the story inside was something else. After the wedding, both of them went to Shillong, honeymoon etc. Now after 23 May, both of their phones were switched off—now you yourself think, what would be the condition of the family? Everyone got tensed.
The police also became alert, started investigation immediately. Then on 2 June, Monday, the news comes—Raja’s body was found, inside a 150 feet deep ditch. The condition was such that the identity could not be confirmed, only after looking at the tattoo it was confirmed that it was him. The matter started looking fishy, because there was no trace of Sonam, no proof, nothing.
The family members were confused—was Sonam also killed or did she run away somewhere? Otherwise she would have at least made a phone call!
Then what-about 17 days later Sonam suddenly appears and surrenders to the police on 9 June in Ghazipur, UP.

Some reports are also coming that Sonam was having an affair with some other boy, but perhaps due to family pressure, she had to marry Raja.
Now it is also being heard that Sonam herself had booked honeymoon tickets with her husband Raja Raghuvanshi in Meghalaya. So, was all this a pre-planned plan? Was the script of murder written on the pretext of honeymoon?
Now the real issue- if Sonam had an affair, then why did she marry Raja? If Sonam did not like her husband, then why did she not refuse before marriage? She should have directly said- I am sorry, this relationship cannot happen! But why did she choose the path of murder? Really, the mind gets confused on such questions!
